President Akufo-Addo has been reminded by Prophet Isaac Owusu Bempah of the spiritual intervention he made to save his life in the past.

He claims that the president would have died in an aircraft crash if it hadn’t been for his intervention.

In response to the Police administration’s new edict on prophecy, the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International urged President Akufo-Addo not to dismiss the relevance of prophecy, which he claims saved his life.

He further stated that he once intervened to prevent Vice President Bawumia from being killed in an automobile accident. The President and his Vice President would have died if it hadn’t been for the revelation he received from God and the timely intervention he made, he claimed.

As a result, Owusu Bempah stated that the direction by the Inspector General of Police, Dampare, to limit and guide prophetic pronouncements was not well-thought-out.

Before passing the directive, the IGP, he claims, should have taken into account the views of people in the prophetic ministry.

His remark follows a police announcement that a prophet or religious organization might face criminal charges if a prophesy made by an individual was not adequately confirmed.

According to the police statement, any prophecy that causes fear and worry would result in the prophet or the religious organization’s head being arrested.
