Report: Burkina Faso’s gendarmerie graduation has been postponed.

 

According to a local news outlet, NetAfrique, a graduation ceremony for gendarmerie trainees that was scheduled to take place today has been postponed.

According to a statement, the 48th promotion of the national school of non-commissioned officers of the gendarmerie, which was originally planned for this Friday, September 30, 2022, has been postponed to a later date.

Officials apologised for the inconvenience and stated that “beyond its control” conditions were the basis for the decision.
