Ghana finished the first UEFA U-16 Development Tournament undefeated after winning all three of its games.
On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, the Black Starlets won their final match of the competition easily, 3-2, over Switzerland.
Bosaman Debrah added another goal to a brace from Ramsey Asumadu as Ghana finished the competition unbeaten.
Serbia was easily defeated 4-0 by Karim Zito’s team in the tournament’s opening match.
All four goals were scored in the first half of a commanding display, which included a hat-trick by Benjamin Tsivanyo and an exquisite strike by Theophilus Nii Adjertey Adjei.
Despite playing the majority of the second half with nine men, the Black Starlets maintained their strong start to the competition by defeating Spain 3-2 in their second encounter.
