Confirm Your Status:

If you were recruited after 2020 and your submitted documents already include Ghana Card details, you are likely safe. If you specifically visited the office for data capture, you are likely included. To be certain, visit the CAGD office to confirm your status.

Update Your Documents:

After acquiring your Ghana Card number, make sure to update your documents at the administrator’s or head office.

To facilitate the verification process and address any concerns, the CAGD has upgraded the E-payslip Portal. Although undergoing an upgrade, the portal still displays the Ghana Card icon, which was previously not available. To check if your Ghana Card is linked, log in to the GOGPAYSLIP E-Payslip Portal and scroll down to locate the Ghana Card icon.

It is important to note that existing staff will undergo continuous re-verifications at the request of the Controller and Accountant-General to ensure ongoing salary payments. This verification exercise spans two months, starting from July 3rd and ending on August 31st, 2023.

For further assistance and regional addresses, please refer to the CAGD contact information provided. Taking these necessary steps will help you avoid any disruptions in salary payments. Ensuring the linkage of your Ghana Card with CAGD is crucial for a smooth and seamless salary processing system in 2024
