Ghana will be one of five African nations representing the continent at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
In the tournament’s group stages, the Black Stars will play in Group H. Ghana will compete against Uruguay, a two-time champion, and Portugal, a massive European nation, in that group.
South Korea is the other Asian opponent in the group.
While the 2022 FIFA World Cup will start on November 20 on a Sunday, Ghana’s Black Stars will not play until November 24.
Then, on November 28, Ghana will play South Korea before concluding its group stage campaign with a rematch against Uruguay.
