In an interview with Ameyaw TV at the Exclusive Men of the Year (EMY) Awards, Rocky Dawuni emphasized the abundance of creative talent in Ghana and the opportunity to learn from legends who have left a lasting legacy.

He sees the Grammy as a credible opportunity for Ghanaian artists and emphasized that it’s not limited to just one person, including himself. The path he has helped create is open for any Ghanaian artist to achieve Grammy recognition.

Rocky Dawuni is optimistic that in the coming years, Ghana will reap significant rewards from its hardworking and creative musicians.

He noted that Ghana is known for its creativity, and the country’s musicians have the opportunity to learn the music business while following in the footsteps of giants who have set high standards.

He believes that Ghana’s new generation of musicians is incredibly talented and will make significant progress in the music industry.

Rocky Dawuni himself has submitted his new single, “Shade Tree,” for consideration at the Grammy Awards, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to raising the profile of Ghanaian music on the international stage.
