President Nana Akufo-Addo has coordinated the Commissioner of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Colonel (Rtd.) Kwadwo Damoah, to give up his obligations to an acting Deputy Commissioner.
As per an assertion endorsed by the Executive Secretary to the president, Nana Bediatuo Asante, the choice comes following the termination of Col. Damoah’s agreement in October 2021.

“Following the lapse of your agreement of administration as Commissioner (Customs Division) of the Ghana Revenue Authority on thirteenth October 2021, the President of the Republic has coordinated that successful Friday, 26th August, 2022, you hand over your obligations and office to the acting Deputy Commissioner (Preventive Service), Mr. Siedu Iddrisu Iddisah, who will go about as the Commissioner (Customs Division) forthcoming the President’s considerable arrangement.
“The President says thanks to you for your support of the State and wishes you well in your future undertakings,” the assertion read.
