However, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako noted that there isn’t a video with the Tiger Eye crew that shows the narration in the news report in a response to a Facebook post.
“Last time I looked, Tiger Eye didn’t have any video showing Ken Ofori-Atta interacting with anyone. None!
Without denying it, let’s assume that attempts were made to “entrap” Ken Ofori-Atta but were unsuccessful. What does that imply? That Ofori-Atta passed the “test of integrity,” whereas Adu Boahen failed? Or?” he prompted.
However, according to Baako, the “raw footages” of the documentary can be used as exhibits in court because they are meant to convey a story rather than serve as evidence in criminal cases.
He claimed that whenever a Tiger Eye P.I. project was the focus of a criminal investigation, the team would present the “raw footages” as court exhibits.
By the way, films are not exhibits in judicial proceedings or criminal investigations. They are the RAW FOOTAGES. For the purposes of criminal investigations and prosecutions that were started by undercover operations by or of Tiger Eye, the latter have always been submitted to the pertinent statutory authorities!
People have the right to inquire about Tiger Eye and its “methodologies.” That is acceptable. No issue. Whether its critics like it or not, Tiger Eye will keep digging up any and all “negatives” using its “methodologies”!
“As of right now, Tiger Eye has declared that it is prepared to support the Special Prosecutor’s investigation following the president’s referral of Mr. Adu Boahen’s actions to the OSP! The DUE PROCESS is in motion. The area of Tiger Eye’s focus is there.
“Those who want to keep raising concerns and criticising Tiger Eye’s “methodologies” and purported omissions are free to do so! FRAUDULENT SPEECH Kweku Baako was anxious.
According to Anas’ exposé, there is no video of any interactions between Ofori-Atta and Tiger Eye. – BaakoOther stories
