Here’s how to relieve period pain with ginger:

One of the finest methods for treating cramps or period discomfort is to do this.

Method:

Pick up two tiny pieces of fresh ginger, and then properly peeled them. Break apart the ginger.

In a pan with two glasses of water, add the ginger that has been crushed.

Bring the water with the ginger cubes to a boil. After bringing everything to a simmer, let it boil for about 10 minutes.

After straining the ginger, brew some tea with the water. When you have period cramps, drink it twice or three times daily.

A few ginger slices boiled in one glass of water can be consumed anytime during the day or after each meal if you don’t want to indulge in anything special for sporadic durations.
